Fixed Pants™
Basically, came across this tother day, and i'm sure it'll work for trials bikes, don't see why not... http://204.73.203.34/fisso/eng/schpignone.htm but wrap and turn the other way... Pretty self explanatory, i reckon it'd work... Edited November 7, 2008 by Fat Pants™

Muel
It's piss easy on a fixie, just ride along and hop the rear wheel in the air, then lock your legs out as you land.Looks like it could work, but you'd have to give it some stick to get it off, the only way I've ever got screw on sprockets and freewheels off is to stick the chain/tool in the vice and stick my 6 foot bar on the crank arm, never fails. psycholist
I wouldn't use a good chain to do it with, but it should work. On a trials bike the sprocket will be a lot tighter than a track bike thanks to the smaller diameter wheels and lower gear ratio, but this looks like a safer option (From a user injury point of view) anyway, just sit on the bike and roll it forwards . King C
I've tried a similar method by putting the bit of chain in the vice but I was to puny to get it off though.

eskimo
I could see someone trying it (to remove the cog) and slip. That could hurt!
Captain Scarlet
Not a bad idea, shame it doesn't work with the size of the cogs on a trials bike.
