Jitters
Hi all, finally got some pics of the Zhi at one of favorite play spots. Not sure what year frame, 06 maybe? Most of the components aren't too hot, such as the Joytech hubs, but I am slowly upgrading.Added Isis Meta cranks and Isis BB to replace the no-name square taper brand on there.Tensile freewheel was the best investment so far! Dunno about forks.Moe V pads work nicely with the light grind I put on there rims. Have no idea on brand of those.V12s are a nice upgrade. Bionic bars and some other stock Zhi stuff to round it out.I liked the Monty foam grips on there, but they have been replaced by black friction tape now on one side, as I seem to go through grips like mad. Tektro V's and levers.Creepy Crawlers front and back for now.Ignore the slack chain. Took pictures after playing around for a while and it's needs some attention.Anyway, it is what it is and hasn't let me down yet!-Tappets... and here's the other shot. Tom_
That looks really nice, simple and abit different. Like it much more than all the pythons etc. that are about, looks like a pretty fun little riding spot too.
