Alex Dark Posted November 4, 2008 Report Share Posted November 4, 2008 I've managed to strip the thread in my echo hifi stem at the moment im just using a nut on the end of a long bolt but im worried about ripping my knee apart on it.... should i try and helicoil it, or tap it out to a rger size? ive got an m6 thread insert but its v. big and would look shite, a bit of a last resortAny ideas?
