spartan Posted November 4, 2008 Report Share Posted November 4, 2008 I would suggest a hope mono trial for sure, the avid codes are nice too but if ur on a budget the bb7 is also great.As for rotor size, on my 221ti i had a 6 inch rotor and it just never felt like there was enough power, im sure thats because the pads were really old and shitty but somtimes even just pedal kicking the brake would slip out and i would land on my ass.I would much prefer to have way more power then i need on the back then not enough.And besides if u get the 8 inch and think its too much, when you mangle it you can just get a 6 inch. Its the sameprice to buy the brake in 6 or 8 but a 6 inch rotor cost 30 bucks an 8 costs 50 (CAD btw 30 euros for a rotor would be crazy) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
