Tom_ Posted November 2, 2008 Report Share Posted November 2, 2008 tell them to f**k off, knock your old one out with a hammer and punch/screwdriver and knock your new one in with blocks of wood and a hammer, making sure it goes in evenly by knocking it in all the way round. Mr Motivator Posted November 2, 2008 Report Share Posted November 2, 2008 Removing one is even easier than fitting one.Take the forks out, shove a bar or good quality screw driver with a large flat head down the head tube onto the lip of the cup and then tap the rim in the order 12, 6, 9, 3 and it'll come out square.
