Ben John-Hynes
When the video has finished converting on Vixy, I click to download it and it downloads within about half a second and then an "X" appears next to the song on Windows Media Player. Someone help!

Mike Deere
Easiest way is to go to KEEPVID.com, paste the video page URL and it gives you links to download either the FLV or the higher quality MPG. There's a lightweight free app called FLVExtract that can easily save the audio from the saved file as an mp3. You just drag the file onto the window and it saves an mp3 in the same folder automatically.
