Is it possible to receive a letter off someone, but without them knowing your adress as you want to keep it private?

So they could like send it to a post office and they keep it then i go and collect it?

thanks.

Could you not have it sent to an acquaintance and ask them to send it on ?

Not sure if this is an option , maybe if the person lived at the other side of the country so that the contact wouldnt

go to their house and bribe them for my adress. Maybe this wouldnt happen im not sure.

Yes, you are asking for a service where by you can pick up your mail without it getting delivered....

I got it backwards, why not just pick it up from them ? (Assuming they are the "contact" who are 5/10 miles away ?)

And yes, I'm a f**king retard.

Naa because then that just defeates the point of indirect contact with a letter, i could just talk to them in person :S

2 easy, and free ways i can see it, other than the email address thing.

1) hello

*emotional family things*

if you want to get back in touch, mail this letter to

* insert address of someone you know who lives 200 miles away *

and it will reach me.

or

2) hello

*emotional family things*

if you want to get back in touch, text this number *insert mobile number (your old pay as you go number will do, providing u stick it in an old phone and keep it on)* and ill send someone round to pick it up.

and send a mate round to go and get it.

I think if you went to you're local sorting office and asked them, you could make the reply address your name, but use the sorting office's address. Then pop in every now and again and ask if they have any mail for you.

Can't you have a sly pickup point like blue tacked to the underside of a bench or summat? I've always wanted to do that :shifty:

But the 'contact' might be watching you to see who it is an jump out so make sure you get a mate to go pick it up slyly by sitting on the bench. Then they can slyly walk past another mate an slip it to them an then they can put it in another undisclosed pick up point for you :turned:

I guess this all pins on the 'contact' being willing to entertain my spy games

This is all far too FBI for me. Why all the dramatics?

I'm guessing it's a member of your family that's turned into a dick and you want to sort things out - just send 'em a letter, I'm sure they won't come round and beat you to pieces. Unless they really are nuts.

f**k it, just get Si Man to pop a cap in there ass.
