pablotrial Posted October 19, 2008 Report Share Posted October 19, 2008 Im going to change my frame but i dont know waht to buyim acostumed to a high bb(+6) but i like light bikes so i was thinking of buying the gu 08 bt its a bit heavy so i didnt decidedthen i saw the new echo control and i really liked it but, the bb is +3 i dont like so much that but i think i will ride the same with itbasically whats the differece witha high bb and a low onewith high bbs its easier to do backhops i belivewhat moves are better withs low bbs?what i think im gonna do is buying a 2008 gu with echo sl parts..also a friend is selling his gu tp 07.. is the tp 07 good?wich gu is stronger? 07 or 08?please help :Sgood luck guyspablo Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ali C Posted October 19, 2008 Report Share Posted October 19, 2008 low bb is good for:tapsgaps (well, holding on to them when landing)roll downsbunnyhopsmanuals2 wheel balanceHigh bb is good for:hooksback wheel controlpossibly sidehopsPersonally I think +6 makes a bike feel like a pogo stick, it makes it hard to hold onto moves when you land, loops out too easily in gaps.
