Jordan GU
I would say try all rims because there lighter and i think they come in better colours
Adam Fisher
i would say the try alls aswell. i run front and back echos and they weigh alot more. Edited October 18, 2008 by trials adam
ginger allen echo
ive got the 07 echos front and rear and ive hit them pretty hard and theyve never dented, swindlehurst hasnt dented them either
Dale-Hill
you all say try-all are better just cause there lighter, but none of you have said about there strength!I'm useing a echo on the rear and i have hit it quite a bit and it hasent dented and my mate has got a echo too and he hasent dented his so IMO get the echo
Tomala
echo beacuse is stronger than try all...
G-baby158
All depends on what colour you want, try-all's fluro colours are brighter than echo's but echo's hold grinds better and are stronger, if i was running maggie/disc i would have esco back try-all front. adam 94
I'd say try-all for weight and echo for strengh. The new echo sl rims look good.
Rob Brodie
depends on if you want a really strong street bashers wheel or a natty wheel thats almost as strong if anyone says that a echo rim is much heavier dont listen to them theres only about 8 grams in diference (weighed by myself)but im running a try-all and havent had one problemo yet *touches wood*

Bigman
People always say "echo's are stronger" but to be honest i have never had a problem with try-all rims, and i am the heaviest rider on this forum! The other thing that alot of riders will go on about is how an echo rim will hold a grind longer, it is true to an extent, but with the right pad combo etc a brake will work on a try-all for ages and still be imense, anybody who has ridden my bike will agree that my brake is stupidly good!Yes the try-all is lighter which is a reason i run them. You can not realy go wrong with either realy, to be honest. Also, is this for 20 or 26inch?Adam
Muel
His profile says mod Adam. If you want a lightweight rim that holds a grind pretty well, have a look at the Monty TIs, I used to have one, and the grind lasted for about a month with Rock Blues, and I rode in the rain a couple of times.I've had Try-Alls with grinds in the past, and they were OK, but no-where near as good as my Monty was.
