Jack Hardcore Posted October 14, 2008 Report Share Posted October 14, 2008 (edited) My Pipedream was stolen on friday 3rd Oct from outside a wee hardware shop at 601 Great Western Road (next to pizzahut, just up from Kelvinbridge) - Glasgow White Pipedream Torero 5.5 (Frame No - FDTK11136) Pushed Pike 454 Air U-Turns (custom push decals on leg and crown) Mostly XT Groupset inc 2008 XT disc brakes XO rear mech X9 shifters Blue ProII Hubs on XM819disc rims and blue Hope M4 rotors Blue Hope seat collar Blue King headset Thomson layback post & 4x stem Mountain King 2.4 tyres DT Swiss RWS 10mm rear through bolt Easton EA70 bars Silver V12's Imperial lockon grips Older pic with slightly different bits.. Not insured either f**k.. i had 6-8k worth of stuff stolen from my garage (my dad paid for) none insured.. 3 quadbikes 2 which were mine and i was really sad, but yeah.. check ebay mate. Ive been out and left things lying about loads in town...I go to Edinburgh and my bag gets nicked quick style. Strath has had things knicked in ed too. not heard of anything going missing in Glasgow! Anyway man, did you not have it locked up?Im so sorry to hear about your bike man...im riding Glasgow quite a bit these days. ill defo be taking this bike off anyone who has it and return if I can. Can't you get them checked to get an ID on whoever took it? might be known to the police or something...Funnily enough the pizzahut next to the shop it was taken from had CCTV of the guy and were meant to pass on to the police for ID however I have heard nothing back from the police about it despite calling them and leaving messages for the officer dealing with it on a few occasions...
