Captain Scarlet
Well I browsing through the Raleigh catalogue at work today and found these made by Quad. After thinking that professionally produced disk mount adapters were just myth, I've found something that may work.Retails at £19.99 so its not bad. Bigman
Would not work on a trials bike as looking at the design the only thing that holds the adapter to the frame is the force of the brake whem slowing the bike down forwards, if you were to rol backwards the adapter would just move!Adam
Muel
What stops it rotating upwards? It's probably only designed for XC bikes so they won't have to deal with backwards forces aswell as fowards.Good find though. EDIT: Le Bigfellow, he is too fast! trials_pimp
could easily be made to work for a trials bike. Just change the Stop for a clamp.

G-baby158
What about if you drilled ahole in the adapter for where the screw goes for the snail cams and put a longer one in so the mount wouldn't move ?
trials_pimp
Yeah but would you trust it?...I dont trust rear discs So We Will Never Know. What about if you drilled ahole in the adapter for where the screw goes for the snail cams and put a longer one in so the mount wouldn't move ?You Would Loose all rear Wheel Adjustment. And You Would have to Pretty acurate when Drilliing the Hole. You could Slot it, but then its Useless if you have a Stock
