Grill some bacon till its real nice n crisp, get two slices of lightly toasted bread, whack bacon between them, melt brie into the middle.

Eat. Truley is the nicest thing ever. despite a slightly dodgy smell.

Also works very well with a mature cheddar.

PIZZA ON TOAST

  • Slice of bread
  • Tomato Puree
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Any toppings you would like

  1. Lightly toast the bread
  2. Spread puree on the toast
  3. Cover in mozzarella cheese
  4. If you're adding toppings, add them now, and then cover with more cheese
  5. Place under grill - keep an eye on it, wait until it's golden
  6. Remove and EAT

Not really a snack, but a hell of a tasty (and filling) meal!

Chop into thin strips a few rashers of bacon.

Chop into thin strips 1 or 2 mild chillies.

Fry in a pan until bacon is cooked.

Fry (insert your chosen number here) meatballs until cooked.

Wack some pasta in a pan about the same time as the meatballs.

Add the bacon, chillies and meatballs together.

Insert tomato pasta sauce (passata)

Drain pasta, put pasta on plate/in bowl. Add meatball/bacon/chilli/tomato mix on top.

Sprinkle some parmesan on top if desired.

YUM

Digestives and butter.

George Foreman, Plain bread, Waver chicken or turkey, cheese, Lurpack butter, HP sauce.

The outside of the bread gets toasted but its still soft in the inside and the cheese melts. Just watch the cheese doesnt stick to the roof of your mouth or youll be in a world of stupid looking faced pain.

Oh and dont eat the George Foreman.

I also find a corned beef and beans toasty is scrumtious.

I LOVE black pudding beans and HP sauce. Mind you the beans have to be boiled in the pot because this microwave patter is bollocks, it makes the beans runny!! Who the f**k wants runny beans!! The pot will help the bean juice boil away so the beans are nice and stodgy. I like either Heinz, Cross&blackwell or Branston beans. It can either be Daddies brown suace or HP....im easy.
