explain? how do i make 5 minute cake? lol

Ben

The Rapid Cake

For your basic cake, you need -

4 Tablespoons self raising flour

4 Tablespoons sugar

1 Egg

3 Tablespoons milk

3 Tablespoons oil

You can also add cocoa - 2 tablespoons, or as I did, some sultanas. Whatever you like, I guess.

You want a bowl ideally, so that when your cake grows it fits it just nice.

Get some margarine or butter and grease the inside of the bowl.

Then mix the flour and sugar (and the cocoa if you're using it)

Insert your egg.

Insert your milk and oil, and mix it til its good and smooth (also add your sultanas now if you're using them).

You want to microwave it for 3 minutes or so.

Then, wait for it to cool a bit and then scoop it out onto a plate and enjoy!

Takes about 10 minutes to make and it's absolutely brilliant. Loads of olive oil + toasts give it more substance and taste.

And it makes me feel I'm eating something healthier than a burger.

Is that just cooked chicken and sliced tomatoes? 10minutes?

Anyone got any more healthy stuff?
