SkiLLz
I'm bored of the ones I've got so I decided to go for the Trialtech Fluorescent Green rims with white rim tape and white spokes costing me £120 :| Then £10 for the build but I was wondering if they are good rims? I only want them for the colour to match my frog green magura brakes but as it happens they aren't all that heavy. Do the weightlessness mean less strength? Greetings
Rear rims are the same (or really similar) to TryAlls which I think are really good. Front rims are similar to TryAlls but have a slightly different shape. I've compared the two with a simple test where you push down on an rim and the Trialtech didn't bend as easily. Needless to say neither the Tryall or Trialtech front rim are for bashers. They're light rims and as long as you don't do front wheel dropgaps, they'll be fine. SkiLLz
That's helpful thanks, especially since I've just started learning to pedal up to front and gap to front. Is there another rim I could get in green that would be stronger?

SkiLLz
Different kind of green, how bad is the front TrialTech Square Hole rim? i'd really prefer that rim
Greetings
I've been running one for about 3 months now and no problems so far. That's on a 26" wheel too which will be weaker than a mod wheel.

SkiLLz
Anyone had good/bad experiences with the Trialtech front disk hub?
SkiLLz
Well if no one has tried the Trialtech front hub then maybe someone could suggest a 32H front disk hub so long as it comes in white
J Trials 31
The V!Z one is good for the front, but for the rear I would suggest not getting the V!Z. Not really been too happy with mine, but that's just my luck. If you do get a V!Z, I'd suggest going for the TI bolts or just getting some better bolts yourself. The ones that come on it suck. Just go for a Monty ti rear hub, that's probably the best one out there for the rear.
