24 Inch Riders

bt rider

Recommended Posts

Hi all I have been riding for a few years and i might be getting a mint sped fresh products 24 inch with pink kings ect but i was thinking that i have never really seen any of you boys-girls about.

So i was wandering where you are all from as there’s no point me getting a 24 if i just do the same as i do on my mod.

im from Leicester what about you lot ?

I have a 24"

I can ride all three.

I used to ride a mod, but I got to a stage where it felt I couldn't progress - it didn't make sense on a mod.

Anyway, I bought a 24". I like stocks, they feel bigger and more rolly. I can still do a bit of spinny stuff on one, but I prefer the 24" for that.

Maybe a stock is easier for pedalling up objects, but still, I like my 24" too much just to swap.

in my experience they sound so so nice but i wouldnt trust them if i was doing something scary (N)

 what are you going on about dude :S (silly boy), kings are mint & alot smoother than hope hubs (lets not say which is best etc :giggle: )

I trust my king alot more than any other hub i've had or rode!! Its never ever skiped etc.

24inch are great, fun street bike's and there's nothing you can't do on them that you could'nt do on a

mod or stock, its up to what you like or prefer (Y)

Personally i don't like 24" trials. Generally because i don't think it would help my riding. I still ride the same way if i'm on a mod or stock and you can't have the best of both without disadvantages. And the big one being, a serious lack of parts available to what's on offer for the others.

If you really want a change and the deal is good, go for it.

If your unsure or think it would help you to 'street' ride, i wouldn't bother.

Whatever you do - if you go 24 or not... do NOT get pink kings. :-

Someone here had a black inspired with pink parts? And the small handmade metal hello kitty plate on the headtube. haha, that was nice.

24'' is just very very versatile. Sure there might be some who could do those spinny big moves on a 26 but 24 somehow feels much more nicer to ride. The feeling is totally different. Get it, I'm sure you wouldn't regret.
