think there is one in branscore but i think its just part of a trials course when not in use

should be more trials parks as there cheap to build and no maintanence just drop some crates and logs and some old concret tubes etc

maybe get in touch with council ?

In medway we are hoping to get one soon. We have contacted the council and are currently running a partition for the trials park. we have got over 900 names down for it. At the beginning of October, we are hoping to have the thousand we have been waiting for, and we are going to give it in the our local MP and see what he can do.

Yer there is. Ride at the hbt club events, if you already don't then you will get to ride at them. hbtclub.co.uk

It is not open for public use.

lol, sure, What ill also do, Is print some pages off and let you give them to shops. Then when they get filled, you can sand them back, or it could be another reason for us to ride together again :).

I have been a few places with some riders and we have been quite far and have only come across

one which is Thriftwood in Brentwood, Essex. You do have to pay £2.40 to ride but it is really good.

It has got logs, Beams, Pallets,Cable drums, A frames, you name it. And if you are lucky you can sneak in and

not pay and they don't even notice.

Hope that helps.

Why wouldn't you pay? It's supporting trials. If it closes down than that means another failure for trials. I would pay every time and try to support it as much as possible. At least you guys have got trials parks. There is nothing over here in the states. Your lucky to find somebody who rides who lives 2 hours away from you.

There are none around me either, so I've resorted to making my own little course with palettes, tires and home built things made outta scraps I got from neighbors and from leftovers at construction areas - and in the meantime - I've been scoping out areas where I can practice without the cops giving me the treatment.

Anyway, a bit back to the topic that went sort of off topic... If there's a nice park around, I'd agree with J Trials 31 and say man up and pay the money to get in and keep them around so you can enjoy them and keep them around for a long time. :-)

I live near there

is it open all the time for people to go on because the gate used to be closed nearly all the time

I saw you hopping about on a wooden fence one when driving though, I was going to honk at you, but I think it would have just been confusing!

The quarry is open all the time, you just have to ride/push up into the quarry.

We are currently in the funding process of a bike park that involves a large trials specific area in Braintree, Essex.

We've already advertised the project in the local media and has already been accepted by the land area and local councils, a professional design has already been developed, we just need to get some good funding behind it.

Designs and more information in this topic; http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....howtopic=126097
