grantham
Hey guys well i don't know what up I've built hundreds of wheels before but I have a problem with this one, every 4th spoke on the disc side is to long. I've built the wheel 4/5 times and keep coming up with the same problem. the rim is sat way to far to the right of the hub to.
psycholist
Are all the spokes the same length? If by every 4th spoke on the disk side you mean every 4th spoke hole in the rim and every pulling/pushing spoke laced to the disk side I reckon you might have one cross less on that side of the hub. If you've built wheels before all that will be obvious though, so unless you have some spokes/nipples the wrong length and the rest of the spokes are the correct length then it should all work... The Stig
Hub? Rim? If you have yanked the old one of an ol hub like the pro II one flange is longer than the other obviously mixed em up, but this wouldn't make EVERY 4th spoke too long it would be random.... Luke Rainbird
Does sound like you've laced one quarter of the spokes 'a hole too short' around the rim, if you catch my drift? If that's the case whip the offending spokes out from their nips and move them round a touchIf not, can't really suggest much more A picture speaks a thousand worms and all that mind... eskimo
Maybe the hub or rim drillings are defective?
