Captain Scarlet
Well pretty much I used a "Student moodle interface" to access my college work from home for the first time, pretty much an Intranet, but it Installed something on my computer to link it somehow (Juniho or something like that) to the college network.First time, my internet was all fine and connected, just my msn messenger and internet explorer wouldn't work/connect, deleted the programme, restarted and all was fine.I tried it again today to see if there was any options I could change to stop the same incident occuring, but once again it installed itself and whilst the internet connection itself was fine, the same problem occured.Removed the programme again this time, and it hasn't rectified the problem, internet connection itself is fine and strong as I've been playing Xbox live and I'm typing away now on my dad's side of the computer (seperate hardrive, choice of which hardrive to boot).Has anyone else experienced this, or has been in a similar situation to this?Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks,
Tomm
It sounds like some kind of VPN software that you have used to access the school network. There should be a way to turn the VPN access on/off - so you only connect to the school internet when you have to. I don't know what software you've installed but I'm pretty sure there's a simple solution. Find out the name of the software and get back...
