Bigman
Best thing to do would be to get some pictures and put a full specification of the bike here, it is then possible to see where you can alter things to make it lighter Adam

Ben H!
Like Bigman said, If you post a picture of you're bike or a specification of it, I could tell you how to make it lighter
Muel
Is it a 20" or a 26"? Either way, if you don't have a Try-All front tyre, you could save a fair bit of weight with one. But it mostly depends on what the spec of your bike is now, I'm guessing your frame is either 3-4kg, or you have pretty heavy set of parts. mr Schofield
Ye the best thing to do is to have a look on a bike website get a few ideas on what you could purchase to make it lighter and also alot of people in the bike pictures bit have loaded pictures of them putting holes in their frame you could maybe have a look on their and get some ideas. Thanks Lee

Muel
The biggest weight saving you could make is if your running Maxxis tyres. These are supposedly really good, Stan Shaw uses one and loves it, but they arn't that good at pinch protection. They're 400g lighter than a dual ply 2.50 Minion though.Looking at your bike, the first thing I'd change would be the cranks, I'd imagine they are pretty heavy with that big bashring.
