If you mean 27t sprockets then yeah, they do, but bearing in mind how much a lot of trials riders shit themselves if they haven't managed to scrape out enough grammes of metal from the front of their headtubes, I'm guessing a BMX sprocket and the required cranks would probably not go down too well, not to mention all that extra chain weight, the derailleur weight, etc...
