I would say not matey!

As its old school geo, so will not feel as easy to ride as modern day trials bike will!

If you are just starting bike trials, i would say buy a 2nd hand one off here, see some real bargains go on thing like t-pro's, which are real nice frames!

Loads of good bargains on here, i would definately say thats your best bet!

My friend around here used to have one of them, and they're really not that great to ride, so I wouldn't bother to be honest. It's a nice piece of history I guess, but if you're after it purely as a 'nice piece of history' you'd be better off waiting for a Big Daddy Pimpin' white one ;)

Hello,

I can buy a old school Monty b-219 trial bike for a very cheap price (120pounds)

Would this thing be any good to learn bike trials, as I only used a unicycle for trial in the past?

Picture of the bike (not the exact one, mine has wider tires and rims):

Hey is that an OT PI replica. i used to ride one of thoes.

fun little bikes. rides like a BMX. great fun!

to be honest i had problems with the handle bars moving on that one.

but apart from that if you learn trials on that then switch to a more modern bike you be twice as good as if you started on normal geo!!!

others might say different.

but if OT PI can win the UCI worlds 16 times ina row on that bike. well what does that say!!!
