Headset Change

Best thing to do is take the forks and bearings out (remembering which order all the spacers and stuff go) then if you look down the head tube you will see a small lip a couple of mm wide which is attached to the cup, then get a long handled flat screwdriver, put it down the head tube onto the lip and bash it with a hammer (might need to be alot of hammering if its not moving at first), do this all the way around the lip and the cup should just fall out.

Then providing your son's new frame takes the same size of headset, just place the cup on top of the new frame and put a bit of cardboard or somthing between the headset and hammer and slowly tap the cups in evenly, then put all the bearings and seals back in, slip the forks in whack the stem and bars on tighten the stem bolts and your done!

Pretty crap description i know but hopefully you'll get the idea (Y)
