cai
Apparently these leek like a bitch....Wack a CNC lever blade on your maggie oh no, you've got an 04... hmm.I had a C'zar lever on my maggie (before switching to vee's) and felt wank! You had to pull it far too close to the bar for it to hit the rim (with pads really close to the rim) - so wasn't ideal for me Worth a go though? But your maggie didn't seem bad last time we rode. HarshRider
i wouldnt really think it would be worth it in my opinion, i have never had a problem with using ether the 04 or the new current levers.they both provide excellent locking potential, anything else is over kill. imothey only other levers i liked in the past is the rb levers, so comfy. forteh
Use an RB lever, if the seals start to leak put new ones in Mines still fine after 3 years.

dave33
Machine the inside out and put a maggie master cylinder in there?and have a Ø14 rather than Ø13 piston, wouldnt that defeat the object ?
tris
£80!!! What a rip off! I quite like my stanard one. If i broke it i would go for an anodised one, just for the look, but i would never spend more than £20.
Bigman
The echo levers have exactly the same piston size as the magura's (may have already been said) but the lever blades are slightly longer so theoreticaly you do get a little more power because of that. And as has already been said they have been known to leak......AdamPS: I have an 08 lever blade for sale if u wanted to try one.... Ali C
not heard of any leaking problems for a while now! I think there was a tiny amount of swarf in the origional Echo bodies (tiny amount!) that just upset the seals a tad. I beleive they are now cleaned more before assembly and it seems to have solved the issues.
ti-mig-guy
Does anyone have experience with the GU levers? They look like they would be nicer for the fingers, more ergonomically correct looking.
Simpson
just get an 04 maggie lever body out of a friends garage, and whip your RB lever in with a bit of filing... happy days
georgieporgie
Try this?Echo TR BrakeLooks interesting and not too expensive. Its a complete rip of an rb but probably wont leak .
J Trials 31
Just stick with the Maggie lever. You've got the 04' so it's the best one ever. No need in spending extra money for no reason.
Adam-Griffin
I swapped my Eisbar magura for a Dengura, worst mistake i ever made, i found the blade uncomfortable, the TPA ate my finger and the lever and it was constantly leaking I wouldn't suggest it, especially when you've got an 04, there great
