bikeperson45
http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?pr...;category_id=47In my search for a bike, started looking at this. Has anyone ridden one?I first I thought it looked crap but then saw this videohttp://www.gdr.jp/video.htm (top one called ride on Acidrop) Would you be able to run gears on it since it has horizintal dropouts? Thanks
Simpson
That rider is pretty impressive, but remember an amazing rider could easily sidehop a T-bird over 50"... its more about the rider than the bike (as long as brakes work and stuff like that etc.)Bike looks good value for money, with the tyres taking the total price down to like 240! hahaha so could be a nice bike if your looking for something that isn't strictly trials, could be a cheap streety bike
J Trials 31
Would have gotten one if I could run rear disc. Would be pretty sweet! Cheap enough though. I'm just a rear disc person now. Wish my Adamant had rear disc mounts.
bikeperson45
I was hoping it would have rear disc mounts But vees are good enough.Really thinking about it getting it now
J Trials 31
I'd say get it. It will definitely ride better than your Saracen.
Josh Greenan!!!!!!!!!!
They look great value for money but also look very short. Id say get it and see what you think.
Al_Fel
If you are after an oldschooly streety kind of bike you wont go far wrong with the acid drop.

Alex@Flawless Bikes
It looks good for the price, but its only the rider that is making the bike look good! Im sure things would start to brake on it pretty quick if it was ridden harshly!
CurtisRider
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/KOXX-TRIALS-KST-ACID...1742.m153.l1262bargain at that price!

the trials mop
they ride beaut ive had one since christmas and the low bb makes it really bunny hop friendly and its ok for TGS stuff but the best bit is how adaptable it is because one minute i can be doing "proper" trials and then the other i can be doing park, street, light XC or just use it as a run around.also the pink isn't a sticker its paint with a clear overcoat
bikeperson45
Cool, that's what I liked about them because I like going to my local skatepark as well as proper trials. Thanks
bikeperson45
Wait, one last question, trials mop. Do you ever find that the seat is to high for preloading for sidehops and stiff like that?thanks
Tom_
I find pre loading for sidehops n stuff, your weights more over the back wheel so its more of an issue of your ass hitting the tyre than the TT/seat
the trials mop
Wait, one last question, trials mop. Do you ever find that the seat is to high for preloading for sidehops and stiff like that?thanksna the seat doesn't get in the way really though i woud suggest cutting down the seat post so you can get it as low as possible. admitidly it will feel different to the seatless flea but it helped me advance no end, i learnt to wheelie, manual and do front to back swaps on it.hope this helps and that you get one
