ogre
your clamps might not be tight enough? sounds like the slaves are sliding through the clamps? tighten the bolts more, otherwise, try bleeding your brake could be air in the hosing being squashed

control rob
hellolike the other i would say tighten up your clamps, rebleed, or buy a new booster? i bought the echo control booster and i didnt have any movement with my brake so i would recommend that, but it is quite big n heavy for a booster...rob
CZARKID
i can't get my clamps any tighter. so i'm going to put the cylinder washers of an old bike on to see if its any better with them on.tomo

StevenJJ
Might sound stupid but have you got the spacers on the bolts under the booster? That would explain the bolts bottoming out.

txt2007
just grind them (is that the word?) like on the machine with a stone disk press against the bolt for a second or two dip it in water to cool it down but first i'd draw a line of how much you need to remove
Krisboats
Be very careful when cutting them though, the bolts will more than likely end up with damaged thread which can easily strip the threads in your frame.
