Looking For A Song

Ok, there was a song that maybe wasn't popular but I remember hearing about 12-15 years ago ('93-'96) on the radio. It's very chilled out and relaxed, I have a feeling it sounds something like Teardrop by Massive Attack but could be completely wrong. There are no lyrics as such, just somone narrating a story. All that I can remember of this narration is that its something to do with a 19 year old male who is dead in the street from a gunshot wound, there are paramedics there, and after confirming the person dead, they strip the body naked for all to see.

The only words that specifically jump out of my memory are "19 year-old" "paramedics" and "naked" and my residual memory of it is putting them in that sort of order (note: I would have been no more than 7-10 years old at the time of last hearing this).

Sorry I can't be more specific, but its something thats been stuck in my head for a long time and I really just want to hear it.

Note: have also done an extensive search through google using "---" lyrics keywords, to no avail.

Going by the dates and the relaxed and chilled thing, how about 6 Underground by Sneaker Pimps?

Though that's more singing than narration...

Any other clues? :)

By the way, that isn't the track you're after, but it sounds slightly like Teardrop (If you listen to it with your eyes, underwater, blindfolded deaf and dumb lol)

I do know the track you're after, but can only remember as much as you can, it's bugging me big time.

I thought you'd be in here on this one :P

I think I wasn't quite using the correct adjectives when I said Chilled and Relaxed. The feeling I get is more dark and slightly depressing (think of the film The Crow, and it provokes a similar kind of feeling to that).
