I've yet to have a single complaint about Tarty's service (And have plenty of reason to compliment it - not only do they answer their phone, but they know what they're talking about when you start asking questions too ). I just feel that a larger more well known online bike store will win it solely due to the fact that they are that much bigger and well known.
