boon racoon
Hey allI'm currently working for howies, a low impact clothing company based in Cardigan, Wales. We’re creating a micro site to compliment our Autumn 08 cataogue and we need some help. We hope to include a feature where users can upload their own content such as text, photos and possibly audio/video under certain themes relating to Teenage life (as we became Teenagers in July.) Content uploaded for each theme (e.g. family, love, friends) also needs to be tagged with other words relating to that theme in order to build up links between themes, kind of like a tag cloud. This is where you come in. We need somebody to help design and implement the dynamic elements of the website so you the user can put something back into the site itself. So if you’re a PHP guru and fancy possibly working with us, please get in touch. The website is planned to launch at the end of August so we're looking to act fairly swiftly.CheersMatt. JD™
Sounds like an interesting project. The timescale looks pretty tight, especially as it sounds a little more complex than my past jobs, but I could possibly give it a go. Do you guys have any sites to give as examples of what you're looking for?I am presuming this is a paid position?

Simon
Can you not adapt an existing solution? We are currently using Drupal with much success, and will trying Modx in the future with high expectations. I'm away from tomorrow, but if you want me to cast my eye over a brief or functional specification, drop me an email and i'll have a flick when i get back.
