MadManMike
Right, I'm after Sarah McLachlan's 'Silence' vocal. Not the actual track, just the accapella.I've searched everywhere - I think it's on iTunes but I don't use iTunes and I don't fancy downloading it and getting an account for one track!Anyone got any other ideas?Massive love if anyone can find me it anywhere other than iTunes

MadManMike
http://www.imeem.com/acidhits/music/4ogodV...lence_acapella/I've found it there, but you can only listen on the web - iTunes doesn't have it, neither does Amazon like they suggest.Any way I can rip it from that web player?*NOTE* I don't mind buying it, not trying to be a pirate or anything, but I can't find anywhere that sells it! Luke Rainbird
Sound Recorder and set input to sound card?Always used to be doable, if not you'll be able to record your sound card's output somehow, and then record the stream
Max Quinn
Audacity can record a sounds card output? I would habe thought your software could do that? Dunno what the quality would be like though. Or talk to Jon about his safari thing that lets you find the source of all the sound files on a page. Luke Rainbird
Also, "rip a sound file from imeem" into Google yields these:http://remixnews.blogspot.com/2007/02/how-...from-imeem.htmlhttp://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qi...22102849AAwNAe1However Mike, if you grab me on MSN, I have it for you
