Image Editing Problem

Someone may (hopefully) have come across this before;

Basically I have a folder full of company logos in .bmp format for simplicity of the editing. I also use a program (MP Design) to download the said labels onto a printer hard drive and print them off accordingly.

When making a label, I click 'Add Graphic' and it simply adds in the image from the source.

The source image is facing the East direction, however when it is uploaded to the label software, it faces the North direction and cannot be rotated (there is an option to do it but it will not work). It always loads up one direction behind the one I want - I can make it face south and get it to face east (which I need) but its not practical with over 2000 logos.

Sorry for the crappy desciption, its a bit difficult to explain. I may also add that this is on a new laptop, it worked perfectly fine previously on the old laptop.

I've tried using various formats for the images such as .gif, .tif and .jpg but all with the same results.

Sounds like a problem with the third party software, but wondering if anyones ever experienced this?

I know what you mean and the only thing ive done in that situation is just to have to rotate the original image, which is what i guess you did and it works out fine but then you cant be doing it to all the logo's you have, although i dont know if this sounds like a stupid idea but there is software around that does rotate multiple images, if thats what you were on about doing of course thats how ive understood it lol, although i dont get why its doing it like that in the first place though.
