So to pass the time ive started to play about with movie maker, to try and learn a bit of editing skills.Basically, i have a video clip on the timeline that i have trimmed to how i want it but its in the wrong place, when you try to drag it it just stays at 0 seconds.Is there a way im missing of moving it?Any help appreshiated Edited July 24, 2008 by Liam Zoo! Posted July 28, 2008 Report Share Posted July 28, 2008 I don't think you can, you have to have something befor it, if you want a gap, just get a title screen and match the text and background color.WMM is just like editing a drawing in paint. aener Posted July 28, 2008 Report Share Posted July 28, 2008 If you're after a blank, black screen, at the start - you need to make a black screen.Back when I used to do this ( ) I just had a file saved in my library called "black square".Make a completely black screen in MS paint, save it, and import it to the library.Drag it onto the timeline, and you can stretch/shrink it almost as much as you like...flipp@flowflys.co.uk for MSN if you want...
