HarshRider Posted July 24, 2008 Report Share Posted July 24, 2008 length = centre of bar clamp to centre of fork clamprise = the degree rise from where the fork clamp is ( rest the stem on a flat surface like it was on the bike then take a protactor and measure the rise from the ground.thats how i have always done it anyway. Measure it by putting the end of the tape measure in the slot.4. pull it down to around half wayinto the steerer clampIf you can't fallow I'll get pics!
