Revolver
To get it out of safe mode, you should just have to restart it Froggy's right though, F8 brings up boot options, including safe mode and normal mode.If it won't leave safe mode, there might be a reason for it. anzo
First things first, have you installed any new hardware/software onto your computer before it failed? If so try removing it (Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs) and try it again.Check the Event Viewer (Control Panel>Administrator Tools>Event Viewer), look under the 'System' and 'Application' tab and check for any reoccuring errors. Feel free to PM me and then you can email me a copy of the list.Failing this, look in the Device Manager (Control Panel>System>Hardware Tab>Device Manager) and check for any '?' symbols (indicating knackered or unavailable drivers) - install appropriate drivers if required by going to the hardware manufacture website.Failling this, check the internals of the PC; make sure the RAM is properly seated. Also check other components to make sure they're not loose.Failing this, see if you can restore from a restore point - this can be done by holding F8 on startup and pressing 'Start from last known good configuation'.After all these you're probably better off making a back up of the data whilst you still can and running a repair installation of Windows. There one or two more options before reinstalltion - feel free to PM me if you need help
