I have no idea how or where to start though, i've used google and read up on it and have a faint idea. You obviously need to decide what you want to make, why it's going to be a good idea and why the world needs it. Then learning how to build it is the easy bit. ASP - in case you didn't know - is just a server side language which is used to generate dynamic web content from a database on the server.
