Nathan Woodley
Right, having a bit of trouble with my v!z chain tensioner. I have it set up exactly how i want it, then after a few pedal strokes it releases itself and the chain becomes loose. I keep adjusting it back to how i want it, and it keeps moving back. I've taken it off an put it back on, set it up a fair few times, and the same thing happens again.Any ideas as to what's going on/how to solve it?cheersNathan
sobek
same thing happens to mine...although mine isnt V!Z.if i tighten it REALLY tight..it seems to last longer and doesnt get loose too easy.if you find out any other way besides this board...please post so i can follow the advice
liam-pantera
im asuming you have a fixed tensioner . in this case the problem is caused by your cogs being abit warped the only thing to do is run the chain tensioner so its puching up and then jublie clip it to your frame this isnt very healthy for your cogs and chain but unless you go back to a sprung tensioner or a derulier you have no option . JonMack
http://trials-uk.co.uk/product.aspx?productid=839That's the tensioner. Are you tensioning it up or down?
