Skoze
Hey guys.Got my new frame today, went to build it up and my hub bolts do not fit through the dropout. The threaded part of the bolt is too big to go through said gap.Anyone have any smart ideas about how to get it through (either way i'll probably end up taking a drill to it )Cheers,Matt

Skoze
Which hub?Forgot to say :$'tis a hd iso.Ash, i'm guessing you're on about the aluminium inserty bit?My problem is that the threaded part won't go through the actual space in the frame, fits fine in the inserts. Think a drill may be in order.. Edited July 18, 2008 by Skoze

Ash-Kennard
well actually, aslong as you drill it centrally, and drill the 360 spacers, then counter sink the head of the funbolt into the 360 spacer, you could make it into a tidy little beast, but yeah, talk to clive or change your hub... Skoze
Having a superstar engineer dad makes things a bit easier So if (probably when ) it gets drilled, rest assured it'll be done well
