andits Posted July 25, 2008 Report Share Posted July 25, 2008 I done the same took it off tried to get the freewheel off then jsut forgot about it because it just wasnt going to happen.Aparantly it works as the guy says up top with a vice, bb tool, wd 40, adjustable and a big long pole, one of my mates used a scafolding pole so he could get the leverage!! Tom_ Posted July 25, 2008 Report Share Posted July 25, 2008 Yea, I got one off with the spanner and pole, I managed to get it off, although i got a long nut n bolt and bolted the bb tool onto the crank (put the bolt through the crank "hole" (isis or square) and then slotted the bb tool on an bolted it on, no slipping for me, I like my knuckles specially when your chucking your body weight against the bar Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
