hi, when i had no power to do tricks gaps what so ever i focussed on my back muscles, chest

mainly upper body strength. I'm not muscly now but by doing weights i feel that i can keep

my bike in control and in the air whilst doing side hops, gaps etc...

weight training may not make you better at riding but it will give you that little extra

boost of power, if you know what i mean? basically helps with stamina, control etc...

hope this helped mate!

cheers, jake.

hi mate, best trick off all I think is having good balance on the bike, whether on 2 wheels or just the back,

Main starter tricks to learn really are gaps, drops, then start moving on to bigger better tricks etc taps, side hops ...

an so on,

so yeaa learn simple tricks and progress to bigger and become better!

cheers, jake

You can't beet Blunts (abbubicca's in BMX) to fakie (roll bk's)

then go into 180 blunts (fufanu's in BMX)

X-up's (turning the bars 180')

finnaly

Crank flips (flicking the peddles 360 and landing back on them)

then try and mix the moves together

blunt> X-up> crank flip> fakie?!?!?!
