Clownbike
Dude!!! Max that looks lush! May i touch it if i come to Oxford? The one thing i don't get is Max is a REALLY good rider. I honestly think he has played down his ability on a bike - i for one was very impressed when he side-hopped around 43-45 inches - first go! Best of luck with this bike!!! Neil P.S. Can i have your new bike, or your old one? The Kot died on me so i'm riding a Coust replica....hmmm...not doing so good on it
The Duck
Thanks for all the comments! Went for a ride in oxford yesterday with Nick G, Wheeler, Alex C and Andrei Burton (OMGZZ), in between standing watching in amazement and riding street, I gave it a bash round the stonemasons and got it dirty and everyyything!!Jeez Max, since you moved stockwards, you havn't stopped! Definately one of the nicest bikes ever, how does it feel knowing that you own just about the best bike money can buy?If anyone feels the need to slate you over it anyway, whats it to do with them? You spend your money on what you want!Come on then, what does it weigh? It feels goooood. Well it sort of does and sort of doesn't. Very scared of breaking it, or it being nicked, or scratching it. Apart from that, I love it. Rides beautifully and has changed my riding style loads, for the better.I couldn't possibly comment on how much it weighs until I've done everything I want to do to it, won't be able to afford to do that for a while, because I had to borrow a little bit of money to be able to afford it... Will let you know the weight in due course Cheers Muel, glad you like.Dude!!!Max that looks lush! May i touch it if i come to Oxford? The one thing i don't get is Max is a REALLY good rider. I'll consider letting you touch it next time I see you, might have to issue you with some sort of VIP pass though...:$ Flattery gets you everywhere Neil, love you. Can't hand over the old frame I'm afraid, but, you can have your relic of a BB back if you'd like? Cheers man.
Muel
I think that would be my only reason for not getting one, apart from the price, and the fact that it's too big. I care so much about damaging my Echo, imagine what I'd be like with any Koxx.

The Duck
Where did he crack it?Theres a hollow bit where the BB shell meets the chainstays - there. Was a manufacturing defect, no doubt about it. Will have just been a duff one.

Tom_
Yea, Im running a car petrol/insurance and whatnot a BMX, a reasonable trials bike and I just bought a new frame on a part time wage in a bike shop. I just work whenever I get time off work, and take any other opertunity to make money. Worked 5 days this week in two different jobs so I can resusitate my bank balance and afford to go out this saturday night.when you have a job/EMA you can afford most things (to a point obv.) its just about dedication to saving etc.

abtrials
I wasn't slating anyone, and to be fair I still believe my voice is allowed as much as anyone elses.Look at the topic about mike hayes, that gets to continue.I said the bike was nice which it is, but I was just pointing out a fact that to be fair you can not have saved 2k easily at the age of 17, well you can. I have, but that was towards a car, but spendind that sort of money on a bike shows wealthyness.Just post a pic up of the bike ffs, fair enough, people will get jealous, but who cares?if he's happy, he's happy.I have posted pics in the car thread, but I have taken a slating, but yerr.. I take it. We all do on here. There shouldn't be an expception for one member of the forum. All voices should be opionianted if the forum memeber wishes to do so.Lukeright i am going to have my 2 pennys worth now.first of all max is a nutter he loves the best of everything (he had the best bike before this one) but it was not good enough! lol to be fair he says he worked hard and he did for a few weeks lol, but truefully he is like dell boy he sells everything and anything, hence the fact he is the one with the most feed back on here, he is one of these people who make his money go a long way, so he should not be slated about it, he has a bike which is worth more than anything else he has, and fair play we all get so much enjoyment out of our bikes so why not spend the dollar on it?also on another note max said he made the choice between a car or this bike, but trust me when i say this, when it is time for max to get a car he will have a nice one and he will sell anything to get it lol (his leg and arm if he has to) just they way max is.but on with the bike, it rides b.e.a.u.tifully (but i still prefer the original ozonys) Edited July 12, 2008 by ABTRIALS1
