Captain Scarlet
Well basically I'm looking to replace my star nut in my Echo lite forks (my whole headset area needs sorting and as well as buying a new headset its probably cheap and worthwhile to replace my old star nut). But looking around on the trials shops, I can't find the Echo star nuts for the forks with the thicker steerer tube, maybe I'm not looking hard enough, but does anyone know of a stockist for this item? I could have sworn I saw them on Tarty before, but its nut under the obvious bits or found in the search. Thanks, Tom

Z o o !!
Not sure if the shops sell them seperately but ive got a brand new one that came with my zoo forks if its any use to you ?
psycholist
If your current star nut works there's very little benefit to replacing it and a risk of damaging the fork while removing the old star nut. Since nobody will ever see it and once the stem clamp is closed it's not even structural it seems a strange thing to bother replacing it unless it's not working... Simpson
Get a normal star nut, a pair of plyers, and angle grinder, and watch your fingers
