spartan
Ok so my rock blue pads are being really dumb for some reason, like 2 of my friends have them and their awsome but for some reason mine have like no bite and only ok hold and we have pretty much the same setup, in fact my brake arms are better then either of theirs and my brakes still suck. Im thinking its time for a change because i have no idea what to do. I have a medium grind with ultimate arms and an Echo 07 rim. I really want to try the heatsink red pads because everyone says their the shit but i cant find anyone who carries them in Canada, I know Aki at trialspads has the refills for the vee and magura ones but i hear the rock backings are a different size. Does anyone know where i could get heatsink reds in Canada or if its possible to modify magura material to fit into a vee backing (not sketchily though) because i dont really want to shell out 50 + boarder charge for brake pads but i dont want to take any chances either. Thanks, Ian

Thanks, Ian no they are the same size when i got my vee setup it came with worn down cnc vee rock pad greens and i had a pair of koxx browns that were in my cnc heatsink magura backing from my previous setup so i took the old rock greens out and put the koxx browns in the backings are the right size so just order some refils from trialspads
Bionic Balls
i didn't find the 'sink reds too great on a vee brake to be honest...they wear pretty fast on a grind too... going to try to coust pads next i think...currently on onza citrus pads which seem pretty good (nice bite and good price).. rock blues do seem to be very popular...sure you've tried everything? Ladd
Why dont you just get cnc plaz pads? these are amazing pads, so much bite, hold, even on a smooth rim, they work best
