BenLeacock™
Was ok, but you've done what I did when I first started playing around with clips. Used to many transistions, I personaly dont think that a black screen moving across looks to good ? Don't take it the wrong way, just stating my opinion _ Apart from that was good

BenLeacock™
benleacock i see what your saying but i didnt want it to look like i just slapped them together then left it at that i did try thanks Yer fair play, some people might like that effect, but i kinda like video's to go smoothly, with out going through a black screen effect. Next time you have a play, try using effects, chopping clips adding effects to bits of the clips then overlapping them over the main videoline. Im not having a dig at you, just trying to use some constructive cristism ... Hope thats ok...

jsychem
I thought that was good for you're first vid, also love that song!
Fishy
The riding doesn't really go with the music, too many effects, camera quality was shocking. But I liked some of the angles, and the use of tripod. Oh yeah and minimal slow-mo + black and white sections.
lil Jsy Chris
Really well editied. I think there were maybe a few to many transitions but was overall a really good video

Rich Pearson
Good stuff there dude, here's my constructive criticism: Quality: a good quality video with less transitions will be far more easy to view than a poor quality vid with lots of transitions. Try playing around with the rendering page on your edit software to find something thats not too large a file size but still gives a nice clear(ish) picture. Transitions: should be used once in a while, and I always feel in time with the music. Timing: as above, the riding should be paced in time with the music. When the music hits a high note or a resounding point, thats when the main bit of action needs to kick in in that particular shot. i.e. when the music kicks into the chorus, thats where someone needs to be kicking off from or landing a big gap, etc, etc. Patience: If you want to make a good video, you need to take a LOT of time over it. My last vid had nearly 50 edits before I got to the final edit, and I spent probably a total of maybe 40 hours watching it back and making notes on what worked and what didn't, and I STILL don't think I got it quite right! But nontheless, you did pretty damn well if thats your first attempt, my first stuff was SHOCKING (well, my current stuff isn't exactly Scorcese but I try...) dan_addison
Abit of constructive criticism: Overall a good vid, likes been said above a few to many transitions but atleast the fitted the one that came before it like the diaganle(sp) Also i thaught that you cut from clip to clip abit fast, i thaught that as soon as the rider landed his trick almost instantly. A few inventive angles would of made it all round abit better aswell But overall a good vid, also quite good standered of riding, keep it up
