Beginners Guide To Bodybuilding

Right I just started going the gym 'cause I need to lose weight, been about 4 times now...

I do 20 minutes on the "weight loss" setting on the exercise bike and then 20 minutes on the treadmill on "weight loss" setting.

once i've done that I get a bit stuck on what else I can do, Its a small cheap gym which doesn't have loads of equipment and i've got a broken wrist so i can't use the rowing machines, swimming pool, weights etc

I'm still fairly muscly but i've got quite a bit of fat as well and I need to lose it.

any reccomendations?
