DrEvil270183
Okay, not sure if someone will have had any similar experiences or knowledge on this but though I'd ask. In mornings mainly, if I sit for a period of 10/15 mins or longer I get pains around the left side of my groin area. Usually after driving. It twinges a bit when driving but the painful part is standing up again. Feels like someone has kick me in the balls, but only the left one plus the lower left on my stomach and top of left leg. I'm assuming I've somehow pulled something within that area? By the afternoons I can drive home and be fine which is what makes me assume its muscle related, stretched out better after a day. Any ideas would be good, possilbe just get down the doctors?

PaRtZ
to be honest as soon as you said pain + groin Id suggest going straight away. As soon as possible, check your scrote for any signs of swelling, or just oddities/lumps that could be cancerous (don't mean to scare you, but everyone apparently should be having a look every night) Probably is ligament/muscle damage though, still best to get a doctor to verify

PaRtZ
Which everyone does... Well to be honest (lets be blunt here) if youre refering to wanking, I tend not to watch my hand as its rather off putting and the last thing I want is to be looking at my japseye and next thing I know, I can't see out of one eye. I try to check pre or post wank
spaceman
I know a friend who plays basketball wearing boxers in his shorts, his balls shook and dangled and got twisted. Had to go to the hospital to un-twist it. Another friend had a dirt-jump accident, landed balls smacking the seat and got them twisted. That is really scary!
