Bearded Midget
cracked my try-all stem so in need of a new one. would prefer not get another try-all for the obvious reason just wondering what people think of the trial tech stems, they look pretty good, have a nice rise etc...but are they strong for there weight? cause i ride a dob magnesium so the objective of lightness is where its at lol

Marten@ScandinavianTrials
Have had mine since late April/early May. Been working like a charm. No problems whatsoever! Light, stiff, love it! Nice of Dave to release a non cnc:d stem! Me like! Edited June 20, 2008 by Marten@ScandinavianTrials

eskimo
Real nice. No point going over the main points, but, 1 piece forged + shape = real stiff (yet hollow as = light)
Ash-Kennard
well considering ive been saying pazzaz stems are the best stems on the market, then trialtech use the exact same geo, but lighter and one peice so stronger... erm yeah, basically f**king awesome
Ross McArthur
they are by far the best stem on the market in terms of value, weight and performance. eskimo
Yea I agree, but shit, the bars are a bit steep in terms of value. The bars are supposed to be T6 too. I'm guessing that's is PART of the reason for the higher price. I questioned it until i saw that.

Ross McArthur
Yes, that's what Tarty say. But do you know what it is?? type of metal of something?....never heard of T6.
AdamR28
T6 = the heat treating process. Why are the Trialtech bars expensive? Monty and Try-All both cost more, personally I think £49 is more than competitive!

Muel
£49 for a set of bars which should be better than TIs or Rages? That'll do.
eskimo
But do you know what it is?? type of metal of something?....never heard of T6. I do now T6 = the heat treating process. Like the Viz bars are worth the extra money too. I'd say the Monty super mega white Ti bars are clearly over priced, unless they've got something that makes them better/ lighter/ stronger/ cooler/ etc/.
