Hello.

I'm trying to replace my rear spocket but my lockring seems to not ''unlock''.It doesn't move at all...I tryied many times.

Does it need so much strengh to remove it?The last time I did it was really easy...

Please tell me if there is any way to make the job easier...

Depends, are you using a chain-whip and lockring tool? If you are maybe when trying to undo the lockring, increase the length of the spanner by using a long metal pipe or something. It may be that the lockrings got a bit crusty and stuck.

Maybe even try a few sprays of WD40 or similar to loosen it up.

If its not a standard mtb freehub and lockring then all this advice is pretty useless, so apologies if it is.

Also, i know its silly to put this, but just in case, make sure you're undoing it the right way, ie anti-clockwise. :giggle:
