JonMack
I don't know anything about T-shirt printing, but I imagine that you can have a design on the front which is, say, 25cm x 25cm. Anything bigger is going to be more expense. Your design could potentially cost three times as much with the logo up the side, on the front and at the bottom. The bit up the side looks good (if it is feasible) but lose the other bits Pretty much. Also printing on the side costs more money because it means each tee has to be set up in the same way rather than just being able to chuck them down under the press straight up and screen them. We need Steve here really to clarify.
Heatsink
Pretty much. We need Steve here really to clarify. Thanks to everyone for producing all these designs so far! There are alot of great entries so far and it's going to be hard to pick the winner. Plenty of time still for an outsider to come in and win! Comp is ending next Thursday, the 19th of June. To keep from the costs running away, the design should be on the front of the tee and not on the arms or rear. This allows a single screen to be used, placed over the body of the Tee and the logo to be applied through this in one operation. I learnt the hard way how costs start building up when you get carried away with multiple colours and print locations! I'm looking forward to seeing your new submissions and tweaks to existing designs. There is no limit to the number of designs you can submit, so why not try other ideas that you've been chewing over. Best wishes, Steve

BenLeacockâ„¢
Well ive been bored, finnished exams waiting to start work so ive done 6 differnet designs .... the numbers in the bottom right and the last one left are nothing to do with the design just to match them with the logo on the other sheet The last one number 6 might not quiet fit the crieteria but it looks cool and theres 5 others Put the logos up just incase you couldnt see them on the tee's ! Hope you like, comments for improvement please Edited June 14, 2008 by BenLeacockâ„¢
Revolver
I think on your H-superman one, if the H was more straight and didn't lean to one side, it would look better

Revolver
it doesnt lean to the side ? It's not proper straight though. The S in superman's done in a font with serifs, try a similar font with your H.

Heatsink
The results! Well done to AdamAllen; This family of designs stood out for me, and also attracted the most positive comments which sealed it The final tweaks on design position and colours (one colour version) can be sorted later. An extra special mention also to the following stand out designs: Sam Holmes Great idea creating ingenuity from simplicity Jon Mackinnon Killer font and layouts Joe Sheehan An eye catching idea! Thanks to everyone who gave up some time to have a go. I enjoyed seeing all the entries and I really appreciate how much effort many of you put into it!
