robster
Took robbie out on his nw bike on sat just to shake it down a bit and see what fell off after my masterfull building skills. To my supprise it stayed intact . He was a little uneasy beacause it has not got his full on back brake set up yet, bits should be with us on Wednesday this week, he also has to adjust to no bash riding as well which should help him in the long run. He feels much more comfortable with it, the size and lenght is much more suited to him. Any how enjoy the pics, some good some not so good, we had the best day ever, we followed it up with a trip up to the BMX track at yeadon, now that was real fun, I may well retire from trials and become a pro BMXer. Neil the looney Raven was a real bmx bandit. Little ravon full on as ever no footed gap jump no bash how wierd dad!!!!!!!!! Neil 180 drop off ooooh get you me, one for tuckage thread maybee I ripped my shin to bits upn landing this one many choise words uttered Both Neil and I have been bashing this rock for 12 months now and we still can not get up it..... bugger At last no bash and to 2 wheels well done Rob This has to go down as one of the all time classic poses enjoy this one it's a beut Cheers. walker
in the second of you JP is your left foot about to slip off the pedal? Cos that would be some shin dig! Andrew EDIT: seems i prefer looking at pictures to reading the captions! but ouch man, must have been painful! I found that changine to platform pedals with pins immediately cleaned my legs up in terms of scabs and scars, the concave shape that your foot sinks into makes it so much harder for your feet to slip off. Waynio
the thing is, no matter how current upto date that last photo is, it still looks like it was taken years ago, dont know why, it just reminds me of a pose like Ot Pi and such forth would do all them moons ago, like back in 1999, ay the days eh. let me know if your off to the race track peacock, il probs come for a watch, Neils skills up at the BMX track are 2nd nature he's a real inspiration, to me especially cus i cant jump/wont jump!!!! Hurman
We had a cracking day and got some sun as well! I haven't seen John and Robbie smile as much as they did after a few laps of the bike track. John was fixing all the kids bikes and Robbie was getting some good air. I am going to go upto Shipley Glen with a Stihl saw and lop 3 inches off the top of that blummin rock and then maybe we will get up it! Nice pictures Mr P it was a super laugh up there. Top day with loads of laughs resulting in three knackered kids and two aching adults who know no better.
