Middleburn Warrenty

Hi there today i was just cleaning my bike and inspecting everything for cracks as you do and i managed to find one on my left crank arm so i would like to know where i stand, i looked on the middleburn website and it says that the cranks have a LIFETIME warranty against defects in materials or workmanship*, covers competitive DH, TRIALS and jumping! my cranks are middleburn RS7s

before i call them up would those of you who have had experience with middleburn be able to spare 2 minutes of your time and tell me about middlburns warrenty procedure and guide me through what i will have to do to get my cranks replaced bearing in mind that the cranks are second hand and fairly scratched up.

any help would be great all the tapers and threads are fine

P.S i appolegise for any spelling or punctuation mistakes

EDIT: my crank arms are sqaure taper and are 165mm long, would they let me have replacements in ISIS taper and 170mm long

Should be fine to send them back, i got told they cover everything apart from rounding and threading ! crack is workmanship!

i doubt they will send you a pair as it is only one crank arm that has failed. so as to your question about they will send you different lengths, no.

Phone middleburn first, number will be on their website. they will tell you to send it, they will replace it no questions asked.Ive done it about 4 times.
