Ben John-Hynes
There's not a pressure that we can advise, You just need to experiment and see what you like. Edited June 5, 2008 by Benjaminge
steve@banbury-trials
just ride with high pressure then let the tire down till it feels good then measure the psi on a pump i run mine very high ,but thats because im not very smooth like. steve
spartan
21.275 PSI Just do what feels good, i like my tire to feel squishy when im on the rear but not to pinch when i hit ledges so i go fairly high. Anything over 30 though i think is to high less ur Bigman but hespretty smooth so...

forteh
I use 25 front and 20 rear. Front tyre is 26x2.35 single ply maxxis larsen tt on a mavic xc717, rear tyre is a 26x2.5 dual ply maxxis high roller on a tryall. I weigh 11 - 11.5 stone and the rear tyre rarely bottoms out, is still very grippy and stable

Onzaboycharlie
Put too much in. Then keep experimenting with pressures. Try other peoples pressures.
hI-OOPS-CAPS
not too firm (no bounce) and you dont wanna rim out often, though its fine on corners, rails etc
CZARKID
I hate it when people do this type of topic just to get validated, its what you prefer not anyone else and people have sedwhy do you have something to say about every topic he's only asking what tyre pressure is best i've learnt something from this topic. on mine i was buying in the new members section apparently when i was looking for advice. just let people get on with it he's not breaking any rules. Muel
I run about 20-25 in the rear, 25-30 in the front, but i'm 5 stone heavier than you.Best bet is to pump the tyres up too hard, then gradually let them down.
Bearded Midget
after riding tom rankins beast i put mine quite hard, obviously makes your bike less bouncy, but once your used to it you can only benefit as you get less punctures, and better balance on tricky little sections. Jake Beach
I would say about 30 front and 25 rear, because I am about 5.5 stone and I run around 20 in the front and 15 in the back.
